Returns

It's really important to us that you are happy with your order. 

If you change your mind about your purchase please contact us at hello@giarosejewels.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. You will then have 14 days to return your item(s) to us. 

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Please note that the original postage costs are non refundable and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that you include your name and order number with your return. 

 Please ensure that all items returned are unworn, and in the original packaging. 

We apologise, but unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

  As soon as we have received your return we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment.  

International Returns: Please ensure that Customs Declarations for Non-EU returns are marked as 'Returned goods. No commercial value'.
